Welcome to the MAC, a centre for adults with learning disabilities in the Tulse Hill Estate, Lambeth!  We're thrilled to offer a variety of engaging daily activities designed to spark joy and creativity!

From art and craft sessions to baking workshops, dance classes, gardening, games, knitting and sewing, music and singing sessions, painting and pottery workshops, storytelling sessions, and more – there's something for everyone! Join us for a full day at The MAC and experience the variety of activities on offer.

Your choices matter!

At the MAC, our focus is on you. We provide a person-cantered service where you get to choose the activities that are meaningful to you. Your likes and dislikes are important to us, and we're here to ensure your experience with us is enjoyable and fulfilling.

Our hours are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 4 pm, except Wednesdays,

when we're open from 12 pm to 6 pm
